Dr. Pamela Ratner, Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President, Faculty Planning, will be stepping down from her role at the end of December 2021. Since being appointed to her role in 2015, Dr. Ratner has made a significant impact within the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic and UBC as a whole.

UBC launches ambitious climate action plans

Ono, President and Vice-Chancellor Following UBC’s participation in the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow last month, I am pleased to announce that the Board of Governors has endorsed two ambitious Climate Action Plans (CAP 2030) for UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan.
